They open at 8am, it's now 8:15 and doors are still locked. I'm only here because The carrier lied and said they couldn't access my mailbox. They have my package, I have to get to work, but I guess I'm just at their mercy until they feel like showing up to work today?

I asked a woman post officer at the desk if she could advise me on how to send an iPad to a friend in Thailand. Her response was, "put it in a box and mail it." Then she added, "we don't package things for people here." I said I didn't expect her to. So the first part would be funny if she was a comedian, but she was a postal worker who has experience, I assume, on how to package things, such as, a.) what would be the right box and b.) how much does it cost to send different ways, and c.) is there a customs form I need to fill out....etc. etc. After waiting in line for a good 20 minutes, this woman was not much of a help.

I needed to cash a USPS-issued money order that I bought myself, at this same location. Waited in line for twenty minutes, and then was told the cashier didn't have enough money, so I'd have to go to another cashier. Waited another ten minutes for the next cashier, who took my money order into the back and disappeared for almost twenty minutes. She then returned, told me they were unable to verify the money order THEY ISSUED. I asked who could, and she said "a bank". I asked if I could speak to a manager, and she said no. WTF do these people even get paid for? And what am I supposed to do with a money order I paid for, but can't cash?

I love that this hub is so accessible to us. Everything sent out from here seems to get to its destination faster. The people are competent, friendly and efficient. They don't rush customers, but will ask that you stand to the side while you complete something in order to help the next customer.

Terrible,Oakland police department are illegal.Stephen Raffle and Aftim Amin Saba stole two fake forms,evidences that they are sick.They and Hispanics attacked me..They have shown that they are depressed.They should surrender themselves before planet evolving.
