My mail delivery has become nonexistent. Mail is either put in the wrong mailbox in my building or it is thrown on a table or in a trash basket. I have to keep strict account of all my bills that are due so that I'll know when they haven't been delivered. I cannot keep account of letters from some of my relatives which are not ever delivered to me. I don't understand why the post man doesn't deliver my mail when my mailbox is clearly marked with my name and apartment number. This is horrible and I reported this once before nothing is ever done. Our rates keep going up and the service keeps going down. The service is clearly worse in this town than where I moved here from - NYC.

Don't come here to renew your passport. The man in charge is horrible and takes pleasure in going slow and making you wait.

I do not recall ever having a bad experience, lived on the island all my life, same experience with every post office I have been to. Guess I am just patient, go figure.
