We got my infant's ears pierced and the staff was very friendly. Although the girl was young she was very professional and clean about piercing a baby's ears. She took extra caution to make sure both ears matched. The store is pretty crowded and hard to maneuver around in there with so much to see, but overall it was picked up and pretty organized.

I got my ears pierced today and the person who pierced them was rude and very annoyed. They ended up piercing my ear with the wrong earring, and in the wrong place, on top of all that she charges me with the $12 extra rapid aftercare that I did not ask for (which is basically bleach). Was very disappointed, and never going to the same place.

I recently got my cartilage pierced and my experience was wonderful! I'm so happy with the results and the lady that pierced my ear was so nice! But when I went today to get another piercing, I did not have a good experience at all. The lady that pierced my ears was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude towards her customers and the other employee. I hope your experience here is how mine was a couple days ago and not today with Merideth. She did not explain anything well and took her anger out on everyone else.
