I like all the free Diamonds they give awsy.

I called this store before I went to donate my waist-length hair to make sure the cut would be free. I was assured that it was. When I was halfway done I was told that it was NOT free. They were also told to only take the required 10" and then even out what was left. When she was done it was so short I couldn't even pull it back. I am done with Great Clips and will never donate again!
