Went 3 weeks ago thru the automatic wash. Stopped mid way telling me to exit. Asked for a refund. I was told it was sent in the form of cash already. Never received anything. Requested the refund again. No answer. Poor management.

I got the deluxe car wash yesterday and my car came out looking the same as it did when i went in.i called the number on the sign and it went to a voicemail telling me to text my name and address for a refund,then I noticed on my bank statement that they took 10 dollars instead of the 5 I put in so I texted them again telling them I wanted my money back and their reply was "check with your bank there is nothing wrong with my equipment". Extremely unprofessional. please don't waste your money like I did

Always hand wash my car here. The credit card readers make it so easy, I don't have to go out of my way to get quarters.

The last two times I have used the automatic carwash there was something that did not work ... wax, undercarriage cleaning ... and both times it dripped some yellow slime type stuff on my car that didn't come off through out the wash and  had to spend more money to rewash my car in a self serve bay. It is very disappointing.

Charged twice on my debit card, two completely different prices, for a mediocre car wash. Nobody to call to ask for my money back for the second charge. $22 car wash.
