I love this detailing service! Not only do they come to your house, but they offer different packages and add on's to fit your needs and budget! 
Today was my first time using them and a gentleman named Noah came out to perform the service. He was punctual and thorough with the detailing. The service I went with was a mini interior with pet hair removal. I was shocked how brand new my car looked after! The entire service from beginning to end took about 2 1/2 hours, but since I was at home I was able to go inside and be comfortable. 

I would 100% recommend using them!!

I only spoke to one guy, but he seemed to be a very decent person. Walked me through everything they did and even helped me out with any questions I had. His responses were very knowledgeable and descriptive. 
One the other hand after I got home there were a few place I had expected to be cleaner then they were. I'd put them at a positive 85% since I paid for the most premium inside and outside detail they had. Also they said it would take 7 hours but I have them 10 hours and they were still cleaning it when I arrived. 
On a side note: always check the weather before you decide don't get your car detailed. Aim for a dry day or 2 because my seats and floor were still a bit moist when I pick up my car.

I will never let Evan at Cloud 9 touch my vehicles again.   Dropped it off on a Friday morning at 9am.  It was supposed to take about 8 hours.  No phone call or text or anything to let me know it was finished.   I called him, no response.  I emailed him thru his website......no response.   I called him Saturday afternoon and he still was not finished with it and said it would be finished in one hour.  I told him I would pick it up Monday morning.  They open at 9am, and at 10:15am Evan still was not there.   My vehicle was not finished.  I picked it up at 4pm on monday and it still had stains on the interior cloth driver seat and cloth center console.   I had to take it.   after 4 days I needed my car back.  He does not even have legitimate receipts.   He wrote me a receipt on a piece of "scratch paper".   What a joke.  I cannot put into words how furious I am at Evan and Cloud 9.   Never, never, never again.

Cloud 9 does amazing work!! My 10 year old car looks brand new again!! They r always kind and professional. You can't beat their prices!! Thank u Cloud 9!!!!
