Really friendly staff, no complaints there. I just paid over 35 bucks for the works with my mats cleaned and an extra couple bucks to clean the cup holders and dash. The cup holders, dash, and shifter weren't cleaned, there were streaks of bird excrement over the windshield and spots of I think wax all over the car. Again really nice staff, but not the best quality job.

While spray waxing right after the car wash I noticed two scrapes that were not there before the car wash. Both scrapes had taken paint right off. Went back to ask about it, and all the manager did was immediately say they could not have done it. Then, went on and on how he could just claim it on his insurance if it was caused by them and pay for the entire car to get repainted. All without even checking his equipment.

First time there, the manager seemed very nice, personally came over to the wash to make sure my lowered car would have no problems running through the wash. His employees spent a good amount of time power washing mud off (I live on a dirt road) and ran me through. Upon exit, I entered a small service center type enclosed area. It was very cool, and I saw they offer a lot of different services! But none-the-less, since all I needed was a quick car wash, they dried my car quickly and I was on my way. Very nice guys.

For the 18 bucks I paid my interior and exterior were nicely done, still no five star job tho. Who ever wiped my car needs to change his/her cloth more often alot of streaks on my console and dash, the exterior wasn't completly hand dried or my side mirrors blowin out. I guess I'll still be looking for that ole skool car wash you lnow that do what they say and take pride in a job well done! Will give them one more try tho.

NEVER AGAIN, got the $23 plus wash and gave a $10 tip and my car looks like a 5 year old cleaned the inside of it. My floor mats were washed and look like crap because they didn't clean the salt off them, the vacuum job sucked, the windows have streaks, the entire center console looks like it wasn't touched as well as the dash. The staff may have been courteous but the quality of their work sucks. If a customer spends $33 on a wash you'd think they'd spend more than 3 minutes cleaning the inside. The only thing done right was the exterior but that's done by an automatic wash.. Save your money and go somewhere else. Carwash on Hayes does a much better job.
