I had been going to this location for years. Not for quality but for convenience but never again. There was an older lady working. I paid for the $5 wash. She didn't spray my car down at all which I would not have minded if they used soap. No soap was dispensed at all. Then just before the drier my car gets stuck and stops. My car was still dirty. I could have saved my $5 and sprayed the car down with my hose and got better results. I told the guy that was trying to get the cars to move who was genuinely disinterested. Even my 13 year old granddaughter said they should have offered to wash it again with soap. They lost a customer. Never again. From now on going to Canal and Schoenherr or I heard the automated at the self serve at 12 and Schoenherr is also good for $3.

Very Disappointed!  To Send A Vehicle through your carwash without spaying it down prior to washing is careless and unprofessional.  Think about the next guy going through with all that grit, dirt, sand, salt, etc. on the mitter cloths bouncing on your $60,000 dollar truck.  The correct way to wash a vehicle especially in the winter months is power wash all the nasty stuff off first then take a hand brush dip it in soap and wash the windshield and windows pay attention to the wiper area get the mirrors clean then ask the person in the vehicle politely to fold the mirror closed then brush hard to get areas that the tunnel wash will miss the rear around the license plate and lower areas. And one last thing get that cigarette out of your mouth while talking and taking the money from your customer.  Very simple 101 etiquette when dealing with the public. Phrases to live by - The customer is alway right.... Be respectful... Look and act professional... Do this if you want their return.

This car wash is honestly the biggest piece of crap I've ever seen. I got the $5.00 wash, I had to pay a extra $1 because I'm drive a SUV, but the sign on Van Dyke says "$1.00 for trucks and vans." I went through and there was still soap on my car when I came out, and my rims were still dirty and the $5.00 package said "tire and rim cleaner." I called the number on this site, and naturally they don't have a voice mailbox set up.....

On the morning of 9/3/2016 I stopped at the Sterling Heights Auto Wash with my wife and dog. I pulled up but there wasn't anyone in sight. I started to back up and noticed an individual getting out of his automobile. Come to find out it was the "Manager" Dominick, a very rude one at that. He directed me to turn my wheel to the left, I think he mistakenly said left when he meant right, as I approached the wheel guide rail. I moved forward maybe 2" and my tire blew. He immediately said it was my fault and the Business owner wont do anything. After backing my car up to change the tire he walked out with a clip board asking me to fill out a form, while I was doing this I asked for the owners name and her told me that wasn't "pertinent". I said your not going to give me the name and he said know I don't need it. I gave him the clipboard and told him to get out of my face. He then proceeded to tell me has was a "black belt in karate" and "will kick my ass". I told him to go to hell and he told me to "go home and beat my wife and kick my dog". He then told me to "get off his property". I finished changing my tire and left. This man is NOT stable and will eventually hurt someone. I later researched this company and found out that they have the lowest rating possible on Yelp and have also had complaints of this type before. Something needs to be done.

Only the top choice ($7) has underbody. Guy spraying car beforehand missed 30% of the car and didn't spray from top down. Even after we get out the other side, several spots, each around the size of a magazine, were untouched by both water and any kind of cleaning. Pathetic. Uploaded photos to demonstrate untouched spots.
