I specifically requested a particular service when I drove up and paid them for it.  When I noticed I didn't get what I asked for, I pointed it out. 
 They said they gave me a different service instead and refused to give me what I had actually asked for.  I don't plan to go here again.

This place is so disgusting and the owners are out of this world. Don't know how people like that are able to own a business.

I went for the first time yesterday, they advertise a $3 wash but it's $5, which is fine. But when I got home I saw that my rear windshield wiper was gone. I drove back and asked who to speak to and the guy handed me my missing wiper. The manager came out and told me that I could but the part and they would give me free car washes to cover the cost. He even went so far as to blame me for it happening and didn't even refund the wash that broke my wiper! I will never go back again. Terrible customer service!
