This motel is awesome. Sam is a peach and will help you out as much as possible. He is doing renovations on this place and it looks amazing. The room I had was so cozy I felt like I was at home. I will be telling people about this place.

We have stayed at Classic Suites Cleveland four times in the last eight months and are very happy with our room each time. Our Granddaughters moved here to attend Cleveland State and we come to see them as much as we can from Indiana. The first time we came to visit; we checked out many of the hotels in Cleveland and the sign caught my eye....Wasn't sure if they had regular rooms or just efficiency suites since there were only 18 or so rooms. Also several out of state contract trucks. We were so pleased with the price and the owner was out cleaning the parking lot and we could tell he really cared about his business. He showed us the regular room which was fine for our first trip because we only stayed a couple of nights.Before we left we inquired about the efficiency suites and knew they were perfect for our stays in the future. Each time we visit we see new things that have been done to the property. Sam (the owner) and his wife are so nice and friendly,and helpful. The place is well lit at night. Locate in walking distance of restaurants and stores. CLEAN AND FEELS LIKE HOME !!

One of the worst motels I've stayed in! There is a 30 min. time limit for guests/family to come visit you(We came down from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan). Holes and burn marks in the rug. The shelves in the kitchen cabinets were all damaged. The bathmat had black stains on them. The oven was dirty. The smoke detector went off just trying to cook a pizza. I have pictures but not sure how to upload.

This place is a hidden gem. It might be old and worn, but everything that counts is top notch: comfortable beds, extraordinarily clean, good appliances and TVs. The bathrooms are roomy, with a large closet. The manager is very nice and helpful. I will be staying here again, the next time I am in town.

I stayed at Classic Suites multiple times. The rooms are very clean and I am extremely picky. The staff is very minimal but perfect for the setup. They have one housekeeper and she is extremely sweet and caring. She is exceptional at her job. The owner Sam is without fail one of the hardest workers I've ever encountered. He literally works around the clock. On the weekends Sam cleans the rooms himself allowing the housekeeper to have every weekend off allowing her to be with her family. Overall what I enjoyed the most were the Suites. I never stayed in a normal hotel room. They have a few but not many. The suites are amazing. It's like a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment. There is a living room with a flat screen T.V. They also have a dining room and full kitchen consisting of a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (including coffee, regular and decaf, tea, cream and sugar) double sinks, an actual 4 burner stove with an oven, dishes, silverware, cookware and even a dish strainer. Best of all there is a washer and dryer in the Suite. Then you walk through a doorway and it's a bedroom with a flat screen TV, a back door with a small personal patio. You have a very clean bathroom and even a walk in closet with shelves. It's everything you need and setup perfectly for any families needs. There is very little drama. If there is any drama it is quickly noticed and taken care of. I recommend this hotel to anyone. It does include wifi. Stay here you will not be disappointed.
