I took my puppy " Tux " there for his first set of shots. This is one of the few businesses that I have been to, where everyone there loves their jobs. Very nice, and knowledgeable of their craft. I would recommend them to anyone seeking pet care. Highly recommended!!!

They're fast in what they door. Definitely have to wait before you're called because theyre busy from 6a to 7a. Otherwise they were all so kind & knowledgeable. My cat came home just fine luckily. They do a great job with all their services offered

Scheduled an appointment yesterday afternoon to have my cat fixed. I was told on the phone to bring that cat in anytime between 6:30-7:00am. I arrived at 6:30 because I had to go to work. No one even arrived until 6:45, but still then no one came to unlock the door. So I called the store phone and the lady said she cant open or check my cat in until 7. So I made an unnecessary trip for no reason because if I waited I would of been late to work. As I read some of the past reviews this doesn't seem to be a new issue.. Someone needs to get their times right.
