Some things need to be recognized and honored.  I just went through a heartbreaking experience of having to say goodbye to my wonderful girl; probably, the most painful issue we face with our fur-babies.

The doctors who have been seeing my girl over the years have been Dr. Sara and Dr. Matt.  This recent issue happened so quickly, I was having difficulty wrapping my mind around the fact that I was going to lose an important part of my life.  
However difficult it was, these two wonderful, concerned doctors stayed 
with us through our last goodbye.  She was given the respect and care until that final moment.
Everyone in the clinic was personally involved.  This wasn't treated like another office visit,  they treated her with kindness and dignity.

I've read in some reviews that this clinic is overpriced compared to other Vet. offices however, I've been to other places and felt we were just another name at the bottom of a statement.   I might add that the statements were costly and the service, very impersonal.

Dr. Sara, Dr. Matt thank you for your loving care.  As much as McKenzie went through before we found her, I really think she was as comfortable as possible with each of our visits there.

This was one of the nicer vet offices I've taken my cat to but those prices are crazy! They were very helpful and the staff was all really nice but after spending $200 just for a first visit check up I don't know if I'll be able to come back. It would be nice if someone let you know the services you needed along with costs before you started with anything. Coming there thinking I would only spend around $80-90 for my first visit and spending $150 was kind of a shock. And only thinking your going to spend $22 for your second it it ends up being $55 also threw me off.  Overall great docs and very friendly staff but way too expensive.

The level of care at Tremont is out of this world. Such understanding and caring doctors. When we had to put one of dogs down, they were so caring and understanding. They made it as painless as possible. I will never forget how well we were treated.

We love Dr. Bob, he is a wonderful doctor.  We have followed him from gateway animal clinic to Tremont. He is great with our 5 dogs, he is very compassionate and caring towards our dogs. We would recommend him and his friendly staff to everyone.

They are super helpful and the facility is so clean and modern.  They have a nice staff who are helpful and caring. We had to put down our cat and they took care of us the whole time.  Parking is in the back, kind of confusing when you first go, but it's a very nice place.
