Chris and his crew are awesome.  One of the best workouts you can find in Miami.  Chris knows how to take your fitness level up to a higher level.  The Saturday 9 AM class is the best 1.5 hour of total drip sweating workout.  I highly recommend.

Chris newton is a total creep. I can always feel his eyes on me while im training, im sorry but no self respecting person really appreciates that
