I started training at the gym in South Miami last summer, and my experience has been nothing but positive. All of the trainers are great and my results have been nothing short of amazing. I could see the difference in my body after only 3 weeks of training. I lost 15 pounds total and have kept it off for over 8 months. My body is also well-toned and I have more energy than I have had in years. I especially like going to a small gym with individualized training which works best for me. I would highly recommend this gym for anyone who wants to get in the best shape of their life in a relatively short period of time!

I began training at Fitness Together about a year and a half ago and the experience has been life changing! The trainers are amazing! They always have great works out and are always changing them up. Aside from the workouts , my trainer provides me with meal plans as well as cardio weight loss programs. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Last time I worked out was in high school... so when my doctor told me I HAD to workout I was a bit timid to go. However, all the trainers made me feel comfortable and not embarrassed for my sorry state. And now almost a year later, I never felt better (maybe it's because I dropped two paint sizes.) Definitely recommend them.

I started personal training at Fitness Together last week . So far it has been a wonderful experience and feel much healthier and active in my everyday routine. The staff is friendly and polite. The location is close to my job so it's ideal for my busy schedule. So far so good ! I would definitely recommend Fitness Together Miami !

My favorite thing is the one on one training. No overcrowding and the trainers really have a vested interest in helping you better your overall strength and conditioning and well-being. I have already recommended FT to my friends.
