Pretty decent gym. I have been to most LA Fitness gyms in Miami and this one has good machine and weight lifting distribution. Staff is friendly and machines are good shape. As most gym's locker room and showers/bathrooms could use a little more cleanliness. Overall good spot.

I've been calling for two days because I made a payment of $29.99 and instead I was charged $140. I also have a receipt.... which says $29.99. I called on two separate days and Carlos hung up on me. In total he hung up on me four times. When I called the fifth time, saying that I was on the way to the gym and wanted to speak to a manager, he refused to put me on the phone with a manager. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. He also refused to reimburse me, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A RECEIPT!!

This Is One Of The Least Organized Gyms In Miami Only this location. Weights are never never in there place, management sees people texting sitting on exercise machines for 10 15 min and nothing is done about it. I have complained varias times to no avail. Equipment faulty many times. They only care about recruiting new members, offer you the best Gym in town put deliver nothing. I don't recommend the Flagler & Location. The Sunset and US1 location I do recommend.

The equipment is good but the men’s locker rooms and the swimming pool and that general area is very dirty. I am concerned that I will get sick. It’s so dirty that I am considering to get a boost of my polio vaccination just in case. The staff is very disinterested if you are not buying something and does not walk around and check for cleanliness at all. Used tissue paper is laying around everywhere which indicates that no one is picking up garbage on a regular basis. The same goes for the men’s shower and toilet areas. Dirty! dirty! Dirty! My high school had cleaner toilets. If there was an inspection LA would be in big trouble. LA fitness need to train and monitor this gym for U.S. standards of cleanliness!

I have visited around Miami some La fitness and so far this is one of the best. Good staff, very friendly, nice distribution of the areas. It looks tidy with plenty of equipment and machines. The dumbbells are in the rack. It has to improve the music, but it is a matter of personal taste. Good experience
