Gary and Bill are standup guys. If you need to make a big purchase, it is good to have a reliable seller like Closet Masters. I was ordering a Hafele crank desk. Bill's recommendations on what parts to get were better than Hafele's catalog. He knew his stuff. When I had problems with the product, ClosetMasters provided me with fast, excellent service. Thank you!

I ordered a Humanscale chair for my office from Closet Masters. I spoke with their customer service rep, Robin, when I called with questions. He was very nice and provided ample information to help me make my decision. Robin also let me know upfront that there would be a considerable lead time. I didn't care since I knew that I definitely wanted the Humanscale chair. When my chair shipped, Robin sent me the tracking number by e-mail and provided his direct confirmation in case I had any problems with my chair. It arrived perfectly and looks even better than I expected. I will definitely order from Closet Masters again.

Just called to ask if they sold hardware for a closet. Amy answered and said she did not know and that someone would have to call me back. I asked her if she would confirm the hours of operation for today, and she repeated that someone would have to call me back; all she does is answer calls, and that she knows nothing about the store. Online it says "representatives are standing by," but clearly that's misleading. If I can't get minimal info from my initial phone call, they're not worth my time/money in person.
