I had to have a refrigerator removed and new one installed but didn't have access to the water line. Elliott, who works in the appliances department, went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. A store manager, Don, came to my house and installed the new refrigerator for me. Great customer service!

Personnel could be nicer, not all, but the girl in Customer Service, (blonde hair, about 30 yrs.) Was extremely and abruptly rudewhen I asked her if I could assist in bagging my items. Very upsetting. We do a lot of business w/ Ho.e Depot.

I came in at 6:45 am looking for some killz and the mold inhibitor bottles that they sell as add ins. I couldn't find the little bottles so I asked the paint desk pro who said he had been here a long time if they sold mildew treatments add ins for paint and he told me no. So I asked if they sold little green bottles that say M-1 and he said oh yes we do. So I ask him if he can mix it in to my 5 gallon buckets of paint that I am purchasing and he tells me they don't do that. So I ask "you can't just pour it in and put the five gallon bucket in the shaker so I don't have to stir by hand?" And he says "No we don't do that" but at every other Home Depot they have done it for me. Other than that the store is very organized and the rest of the pros are very friendly. I would not recommend buying paint from this Home Depot when the older gentleman is at the paint desk. I also couldn't get his name because when I turned around to move the cart he was gone. I had to chase him down the first time to get help

Pretty standard home depot. Really helpful and kind staff!

I called the store 3 times and was switched to appliances 3 times and no one answered the call. This is the reason stores close and companies suffer and you want to blame the President it's poor service case closed!
