I purchased 3 washers and 3 dryers from this store back in January of this year.  No issues.

Just purchased 3 more washers and 3 more dryers.  One of the dryers needed to be returned because of a bad drum.  This was verified by a service tech and Scott told me to come on up to the store and pick out another one.  Not to Scott's fault, the replacement was even worse.  Scott didn't make us wait for a return trip for the service tech - he respected our business relationship and handled the replacement over the phone.  He has been polite and courteous the entire time.  I look forward to working with him as we renovate more apartments in the area.

One girl was sitting down texting and the other was as ghetto and rude as I have ever experianced. We were looking at dishwashers and she kept saying “Jesus Christ you have a lot of people with you” ( we had small children with us and I thought that was insnane to here. Then she asked if we were taking the item home if we bought it bc we looked like truck drivers. A real piece of work. Trashy mouth and would he shocked if she had graduated high school. Not only was the help pathetic and rude but dishwashers listed as 40% off with dents on them were more expensive then brand new ones at HD. Literaly looked there before trying Sears outlet. Wouldnt go back if they were free. Stay away.

We were looking to replace a twin mattress and found a very high quality mattress and box spring for a phenomenal price. Very efficient staff and quick load into our vehicle.

I feel as if I have to warn people about this place. Do NOT take your business here. I know the prices are good but it is not worth it. We went to Sears on a Sunday for a fridge. It was paid for and to be delivered on Tuesday. They said they'd call. They didn't do we called them Monday evening. They basically gave us the run around and said they'd call us back. Never happened. This cycle continued for 10 days. 10 days! We would call the store and it would ring and ring or they'd say they would call. When we asked for the manager, we were told he was "busy and would be for a while." What? Who says that? I had enough and drove to the store to cancel my order. When I arrived, the store was empty. I did see a young man who I assumed was a customer because of the extremely casual dress and the fact that he didn't acknowledge my presence, but no...he was actually an employee. I told him I was cancelling, he could not have cared less. He didn't ask any questions. I did vent and tell him why, but he didn't even look at me, much less a "sorry." Unfortunately I didn't have all my paperwork so I couldn't cancel this day. The next day my husband came back snd asked for the manager. A man appeared and said he was the manager and had been away for 2 months. He did seem slightly more empathetic but took our cancellation just fine. Apparently, our order was never sent out. How is this possible?! What kind of legitiment business operates this way? I cannot even wrap my mind around not only the complete lack of customer service but the idiocristy this plans runs on. Please , don't waste your time. I have told everyone to stay clear. You will thank me later.

I would give no stars if possible. Howard was awful. This was the absolute worst experience!!!! We came to purchase a freezer chest. He greated me and after that it went downhill!!! He just pointed in the direction of the freezers and left us to our own demise. If it was not for his coworkers. I might have lost it totally!!!
