I met such a great young man tonight while shopping in your store tonight. This has been my store for such a long time because your staff is always so good. But this guy, Timothy, was a so friendly and helpful. He walked clear across the store to help me find what I wanted and was so pleasant. His was an excellent example of superb customer service!

The gentlemen at the appliance desk were not motivated. If I was an undercover boss I would have made some corrections with them. The things that I would have worked on is honesty. It is important to be sincere and honest with the customers. Education, some of them were not aware of the delivery policy. When I asked a question about my business account one said you will have to ask them up front. My wife asked to speak to a manager. Bob told her that the manager was at lunch. Now we love the staff at white marsh. They are helpful and make us feel like family. The customer service staff at this store were good. They knew about the delivery policy and they made lowes look good.

I made an order online at 9 a.m. For three shelves and 8 storage totes. I come to pick up my order at 6 p.m. It is not ready yet. The guy finally arrives at the front of the store with 6 shelves and no storage totes and says I can't find the totes and take whatever shelves you want. I asked them to get it straight and I will come back in the morning. Update: to be fair went back next morning, my stuff was ready to pick up and the person working the counter was very pleasant, I was in and out in 5 minutes.

What place on earth could be worse than Home Depot? Good luck finding someone who enjoys their job enough to do it. Maybe the employees are just there to talk to each other. It would take an act of Congress to have a customer service rep help a customer. Oh and why sell wood if you have zero carts that hold wood? The website is just as bad, try to buy something online and it says we have 11 in stock, add just three of them to your cart to pick up in store, message says quantity unavailable. Lowes sucks!

Was in a store 10/7/17 for pick up items which I didn't received in my order online (by lowes mistake). And phone customers service told me or I can wait another week so they can ship it or go to the store and pick it up. Of course I came to the store 10/7/17 8:10pm and lady "Erica" told me I can't give it to you for free, it didn't paid. I said I'm came here only because of your store mistake! And Erica told me I don't know nothing, I'm not responsible, pay for it! Worse customer service, she didn't try to contact they own customer service and find out why I'm so angry about my shopping experience! Remember lowes store customer support police If you gonna have any problem you gonna try to figure out yourself. No one not responsible for nothing!!! Worst experience ever, so unprofessional!!! So rude !!! So useless !!!
