I am writing this assessment as i maneuver in my kitchen with half of the hardware I ordered OVER a month ago, so i'm using duct tape to open and close my drawers and cabinets. I am working on a rather large project (multiple 6 figures) in Baltimore city and needed hardware fast so my general contractor suggested this place. The representative appeared knowledgable and was very pleasant (won't say her name but probably should). Myself and contractor informed her that we were ONLY interested in products that were IN STOCK and able for pick up in a week or so - less preferably. We spent time looking and ordered that day doorknobs, kitchen, and bath knobs etc. ALL of the hardware was late. When we inquired about the hardware we were told they were backordered, which we didn't understand since that was the whole reason we ordered. Well, at any rate ,thought as a consumer that has had first hand experience would give my two cents. This project has revealed to me that striving for excellence is a thing of the past.
