So far after 6 years going there and last 4 using their drop off/pick-up  service I have had no complaints of their excellent  service and courteous demeanor.

The employees are so nasty. Not only was the woman behind the counter rude, but when I called beforehand asking if my laundry they picked up was ready to be delivered she asked me for my phone number and then said there's no laundry there with my number. I started questioning myself thinking I sent it to another laundromat, but I decided to stop by there on my way home and it was there. Then the lady behind the counter told me it's not her fault because "they" (meanwhile i've only seen her answer the phones) didn't enter my number in the system. Two seconds later, I look at the receipt and it has my number. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

The women who work here are the WORST part of this facility. They are rude and completely disrespectful. It's worth the walk to another place to avoid these nasty behaved workers.
