I've been going here the whole time I lived in Hell's Kitchen area. I used to do their free pickup/delivery option because I was a full time student and super busy. However, they were so bad at delivering my laundry at the designated time that we both agreed on. They would deliver my clothes a whole day later even if I called them multiple times asking where they were and why they still haven't delivered. Once they completely forgot my blanket bag and I had to call them to bring it. They were completely rude about it and never apologized about the multiple delays. After that, I started doing my own laundry at this place since it was still probably the closest to me. 

But today was the final straw. I came in and did the washer and then I came back to do an hour worth for the dryer to dry my clothes. I set it on high temperature for an hr and then went back to my apt to wait. An hour later, my clothes are still completely soaked. I tell the guy who's working for the day. He tells me to move my clothes to a diff dryer and only puts 30 min worth. I told him that I put an hour worth and he says there's no proof so he's only putting 30 mins in. No apologies or anything. He also doesnt put an out of service tag on the one that I was using. So, my clothes was just sitting wet for an hour and probably not gonna smell that good as well as it was just a waste of my time and money!!

Staff is friendly, free pick up and delivery but my clothes always end up feeling like cardboard and getting worn out from whatever products they're using. Also, on about three different occasions I found black marks on clothes I got back from them. Also it's cash only.
