I've been going here for just over 6 months and I've finally have had enough. The machines are consistently broken/ do not add soap to the washes (never leaves the machine's reservoir). Additionally while I realize these are public machines, I'm convinced that they never clean the washers or dryers. Some of the delightful items I've found in the dryers are bloody bandaids, wads of hair, matchbooks, and nail clippings. Would say the overall experience is a step above washing your clothes in the Harlem.

We came here twice on our vacation to NY as we were staying nearby. Service was quick and easy, cheap and got all our items returned (with no extras which I have experienced before) neatly folded in the same or next day. When we dropped off in the morning we had it same day and when dropped off just before closing we received it following afternoon which was reasonable.

Very helpful staff. Things run very efficiently. I was having trouble getting a machine to take my quarters and the sweet lady who runs the place came over and helped. It tends to get busy towards the end of the day. There's a change machine but no ATM. Just what I needed during my stay.

A small but functional laundry mat. Nothing special, but in a good area so you can drink a brew or catch a bite while you wait

Fantastic service. We were staying at a hotel near by. We dropped our clothes in and were able to collect them later that day perfectly washed and folded. The lady that runs it was wonderful.
