My jeans were given back to me still soiled. Sadly I realized this when i got back to the hotel room, called them and was told no refunds. Ive now hand washed the jeans myself which has cleaned them perfectly which tells me they weren't even put through a wash. Don't let these thieves steal your money!

Stairs lead down into a small basement storefront. Don't be alarmed that they don't have any computer system to take down your information - everything is handwritten on a little carbon copy paper pad, but they remember their regular customers and prices are slightly lower than other competitors in the neighborhood. Delivery is sometimes slower than promised.
