Five stars for Delores!!! I was late coming in on a Sunday evening, basically closing time.. She stayed late, was cheerful, enlisted the help of a coworker and got us into a unit. Never a peep about being overtime. She MAKES this property! Thanks Delores. You are the best!!

Under construction and it's like an obstacle course trying to get into the place. The manager swore at me and when I called to complain I was referred to the field manager who never called back after several calls. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. You will only get a call if your bill is due. Also I had to compete with the homeless community living there for the elevator if I went close to 9, they were a scrambling to get in before the elevator stopped opening, making me wait outside with my stuff that I'm actually storing in my storage ultimately getting screwed cause the elevator doors stopped opening.
