I am so grateful for everyone at Coast Dental. I had the most amazing experience. I've been to 3 dentists bc of my insurance & by far this has exceeded my expectations. From the dentist to the hygienist to the front office staff, I was very pleased and would recommend thisboffice to anyone. Super friendly & helps you to get the best smile ever. Today I went in to this location in pain and in need of some serious work. From the long genuine conversation with Ms. Ann and the patients of Kira and Dr. Katz I felt very safe and comfortable. Great team that will go all the way for you. Ms. Dee was great as well. Dr. Katz extracted 2 teeth very smoothly with limited to no pain to me, and he made a very good fitting temporary bridge. The hygienetist  was nice too, but I didn't remember her name. I'm happy to recommend this location and look forward to my ongoing treatments. Thank you guys for taking great care of me.

This office is the worst place I have ever been to. First off, the staff is completely awful, especially one staff member in particular, "Dee". It did not feel welcoming in the office, and the staff was not pleasant at all... they take your insurance, and then proceed to give you a "plan" of everything you might need done... the problem is, they would not JUST give me a teeth cleaning that my insurance would pay for, they said I have to have a deep cleaning that cost me over 300 dollars, or no cleaning at all..... needless to say, I STILL had to pay the office for panoramic x rays that we're not covered by insurance, and get a copy of all x rays, (which by the way took them 45 minutes to print my xrays, and made me late to my new scheduled dental appointment) then take them with me to the dentist down the street, Abner Moore..... I will never be returning to this office and I will tell everyone I know to never come here for dental work... they are not friendly, and only care about charging you and making extra money. DO NOT COME HERE
