Although the dental hygienists and office personnel make it difficult for me to leave with their great personalities and general positivity to care for their clients, I don't think I will be going back to Greenbriar Dental. Dr. Gloria has made my experience here miserable and I even dread going to the dentist at all because of her detachment and desensitized attitude towards clients, mainly in my case. I've had troubles in obtaining my Invisalign braces that were not solely my fault. I had an appointment scheduled to pick up my braces and I went there for the appointment and was told that the appointment was canceled and that they would have to reschedule me for another time. Mind you, this was November 2016. I waited and waited for a call to reschedule and quite frankly became annoyed and moved on with life. Please understand that I did not call them because I assumed that they needed time for my braces to come in, which was the reason for them cancelling the appointment so I did not want to intrude or rush anything. BIG MISTAKE, I should've called. So February 7,2018, two days after my birthday, I FINALLY CALLED THEM, to schedule a cleaning. The thing is, they have an appointment paper they want you to sign in regard to a client canceling the appointments, but what happens when they cancel them and never call back?!?! I am so exhausted with feeling like I'm walking on eggshells when I go into that office that I'm convinced at this point that it's not meant to be. I'm not sure if she seems tired or mean or something but her energy seems to be low and I feel like I don't matter. And to be called a complicated case and then referred to another orthodontist is just additional. I've already paid for these braces and now I'll have to start services all over with another dentist/orthodontist. I'm not saying she isn't well with everyone, but certainly doesn't work well for me. The staff, however, are always a joy to be around and definitely evoke positive energy. I thank them for allowing me to make it this far.

Excellent service. I took my dad here and the entire office was nice and friendly. They did as much as they could per my dad's medical condition. Cynthia has been trying to help get his medical clearance from the VA which is taking forever and I appreciate the effort. Kudos to the staff. I highly recommend.

Dr. Gloria Clarke has been my dentist for about 28 years. In that time she’s provided services to my mom, sister, son, husband, other family members, and many friends. We appreciate her services and the friendly professionals on her staff. The annual free clinic she holds is a testament to her commitment to community service!

I had wonderful experience at Greenbriar Dental Care. My brother recommended I go here because I had a scheduled root canal at another dental office a whole week later. I was in excruciating pain and couldn't wait that long. I called Greenbriar Dental Care and they gave me an first priority emergency appointment for the next morning. When I arrived there, the next morning, I was greeted by all the staff, everyone was friendly. I felt very welcomed and respected, even though I came looking and feeling a mess. The dental assistant that was attending to me, I believe her name was Kierra(hope I spelled it right), was very nice. She gave me a tour of the location, introduced me to the staff, and took good care of me. I got signed up for their dental plan, got all my teeth checked, got the root canal, and scheduled to get my teeth cleaned on a first priority emergency appointment. I would recommend them to anybody looking to do any kind of dental care.

The service was fantastic. I saw the hygienist just two minutes after signing in at the receptionist desk. The hygienist was thorough and even showed me a couple of videos to illustrate what I should be doing at home. Dr. Clarke has a phenomenal practice.
