My experience at Great Expressions on Cascade was pleasant and beneficial. Dr.Kim explained the recommended proceedures for my emergency with great clarity. Her great personality was appreciated as well as all the staff. My wait time was not excessive, the service was good and the payment plans offered me a variety of options that was do-able.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I felt comfortable and the work I had done was close to painless. I didn’t even feel the local anesthesia which was what I feared the most.

The worst experience ever. We have been going there since November to get dentures for my mother and as of today she is still without dentures. Each fitting is a failure and we are asked to come back in 2-3 weeks. The dentures have been paid for so they have no incentive it appears. Never an apology and never any urgency regarding getting them sooner. It’s been an unacceptable process and whe I asked to speak to management I was told she was busy with another patient after being left on hold for 15 minutes. Save yourself the frustration and seek care elsewhere.

This is the best dental center I have ever been to I started off with a regular cleaning 3 years ago and I have never looked back. Since then I have gotten my braces in and they walk you through everything making sure you know what’s going on.

Highest recommendation for Dr. Monique Johnson at Great Expressions! My experience was truly second to none. Dr. Johnson was incredibly helpful, thorough and informative. More than anything she was very friendly. All smiles here (Especially since my tooth doesn't hurt anymore lol)! Found my dentist for life.
