Don't get your teeth deep clean here it was horrible the lady does not know how to talk to you she stayed in my mouth and entirely too long. But getting my teeth pulled and seeing about by the dentist is great

The absolute WORST dental office staff I have EVER come across.  The employee by the name of Faye told me to fax requested documentation in. After realizing my employer did not have a fax machine in the building, I called West GA Dental to see if I could scan and email it- the Staff member said no problem and gave me the email address to forward the information to.  

3 weeks later, I hear nothing from this office. I called earlier this morning to inquire if the email was received and I was told by employee Faye to call back she's busy with another patient.  I called back later this evening and she tells, "I told you to fax it and you didn't".  My response was your staff told me I could email it. I requested that she contact me before the COB being that I have been waiting to hear from her for weeks and she tells me that she can't, she will have to call me sometime next week because I did not fax the information as requested and she's busy. 

She was Extremely unprofessional and attempted to make it seem like it was MY FAULT that this office has not responded to my email sent on March 21.  Today is April 6.  

I am very unsatisfied with the customer service of this office.

Love this place I took my 6 kids there as a walkin everyone was seen and the were very fast paced, helpful pkus customer service was great weate for sure coming back👍👍👍👍👍👍

Worst dentist ever! The dentist Mr. Napenas is very very rude! He yells at you when you're in the chair. Don't go to this dentist if you have to get teeth pulled! He is very mean! He will not try to calm you down nor make you feel better. This office deserves NO STARS!!

I put off a tooth extraction and ended up in horrible pain. I was able to text Maria late on a Sunday night, and have her call me in a prescription for pain as well as schedule my appt to get the tooth extracted. I have scheduled, re-scheduled and canceled appts via text. Everyone there is so nice, caring and personable and know me and go out of their way to make it convenient for me and my family.
