I really wanted to give it a 5 because my kids had so much fun BUT the day after.... I got terribly sick. THE FLU!! I was hospitalized for 2 days fever of a 105, ear infection and strep throat. I told the doctors where I went they said, "oh yeah, those places are filled with germs." I thank God my kids did not get sick. I was the chosen one but they had so much fun and to see the excitement on their faces made me happy. 
The bathrooms were disgusted, they just need to improve when it comes to the hygiene part. They got the fun part there but keeping the place sanitary, they need to improve. I saw the worker in the bathroom on her phone holding a broom, really!?  I will definitely not go back and that makes me sad because the kids love that place but I'm scared for my self because I thought I was gonna die.

We celebrated New Year's at CoCo Key Water Resort and had the most amazing time. If I could give 10 stars I would. The whole place was very clean, our room was perfect, the staff were so nice and the food was so good. We will definitely be coming back next year for New Year's. The kids did not want to leave. The caricaturist artist was very friendly and we had our very first family picture drawn. My children loved the balloon artist as well. We especially enjoyed the hot tub in the freezing cold weather it felt so good. I highly recommend this place!!

Second time visiting & all went well. The crowd was good. The food was good. The staff was friendly & attentive! We had a blast! This visit was much better than last yr too. Just one little thing with towels... they should be in room already. We had to ask for some as we did last yr too. Our rooms were side by side so perfect!

Ty a lot better than Great Wolf Lodge. CLEANER.. NO PROBLEMS.. BOTH HAVE GREAT STAFF BUT HERE HAS GREAT MANAGEMENT UNLIKE THE WOLF LODGE. Just hard to find a deal that's affordable more in our range.. but u get what you pay for. It's great here. Sadly we cant make it again due to my injuries has me out of work for a long time :( .. I'd love to go asap.. go enjoy yourselves??!!!!

Came here for a birthday party earlier this year.  
Pros: The staff is attentive and always walking around the pools watching kids.  If you do a birthday, they bring you food and cake which was fun.  Lots of slides and pools for diff ages. 
Cons: Food is nothing special. Water was cold, it is winter, so could be a bit warmer.  Maybe for summer time the temp is fine.. but for winter warm it up!  Children were shivering after getting out of the pool. Game room was also freezing....
