Love their community events! And they are surprisingly clean. Plus being right next to (shared parking lot) the police station makes it feel safer.

This park has a couple of really awesome areas. First and most noticeably is the play area. Which has three massive play gyms that are broken down into geared to specific age groups. One is ground level and shared like a fire truck for toddlers. The next gets the kids off off the ground a little bit and is for kids who want to get away from their parents but still lets the parents keep a good eye on the child. And the third is huge, letting the older kids run free with large slides and rock walls among other attractions. 

Next to the play area is the enormous pavilion where events are usually held every weekend. They range from group get togethers to musical attractions and some other random events.

Then finally is the open field, which is something you don't see often at parks any more. The field is roughly a full football field with basketball courts that are kept in relatively good condition at the opposite end from the play gyms.  In the field throughout the warmer months the township does movie nights which are just awesome as a family outing, and much cheaper.

One of our favorite parks here. Has a nice walking circle that is marked for miles. In the summer they often play music. Close the police station which gives that extra safety. Play equipment for children of all ages. Only issue is parking. It is such a popular park that on awesome weather days parking is a challenge. Ice cream truck visits frequently.
Across the street is a gas station should you forget your water.

Great place to go for a family fun day. There is a giant playground for the young ones, basketball courts and a track for the older ones. Plus there is the added safety of the local police station being right next door. Recommend for family picnics in the park and a movie night in the park on select nights.

Such a beautiful park. Very clean, trash cans around the whole place and right next to a police station. Also has nice basket ball courts and an open field.
