My friend and I took our boys here over spring break.  We waited in the line for about 5 minutes because no one was at the register. I ordered a family meal and a water.  The girl who waited on me said they had no water and no pizza.  She says I'm sorry but we are really busy.  At that time it was no big deal we went to the food court fed our boys and then we came back.  So im waiting in line for a second time and there is a new person at the register and he is holding an ice cold bottle of water.  When it's my turn he goes can you wait a second while I get the pizza out of the oven.  So when he  gets back I said did you just get a delivery,  he looks confused.  I said the girl who was here earlier said there no pizza or water.  He goes we ran out of one size pizza but the girl never have us an option.  He goes on don't know why she said that.  So I asked to speak to the manager and he says I am the manager.  He could care less about the situation he just waited on the next customer.  I emailed Custer service right away.  I got a response back immediately to ask me the location and that was it.  There Custer service stinks! 
I will never spend my money in this place again.

We took our grandchildren there. They had a good time. The only issue was quite,a few machines did not work properly.

It's ok. My 8yrs old daughter loves it. Sometimes too many machines are out of service.

Had a great time today with my daughters they really enjoyed themselves!!! Great customer service!!!
