I will start off by saying staff was nice and helpful. We had my sons 3rd birthday party here tonight and everyone had a good time. The reason I am giving this a 2 star was due to charges that were applied to my bill that I did not order. I booked my sons party about a month ago. ($389.00) with $150.00 deposit. Which I was ok with and did not seem like a bad deal. tonight after the party we went to pay and are bill was not even close to the expected $239.00 like I expected. The total bill came out to $650.98!!!! All the following were charged to our bill that WE DID NOT ASK FOR. balloon drop $50, A cake image that was to be included in deal $5.00, 1 Kids drinks $7.90 that states right in the package that its included, 3 Adult pitchers of  soda $14.85, 12 ice cream cups that we never even received $12.00, Picture package $25 ( My 4 year old could take better pictures) They suggested this photo package which I was so angry at the final bill i just signed the receipt and walked out. (DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!) The suggested 18% gratuity was adjustable but i felt the workers did a great job they earned it. Pump it up really surprised us with this. This was our very first time at this establishment and most likely the last. everything should have been brought to our attention if it were an extra charge.

Brand new facility with all new rides!  I can’t believe all the different open jumps that are offered every day. I took my 4 and 6 year olds for a snow ball fight and pizza jump. The staff played with my kids and they couldn’t wait to come back. I am excited to use the Parent’s Night Out this weekend.  Definitely a place that you need to try out!  We love it!!

The kids had a great time. The employees are awesome. They played with the kids the whole time we were there. I highly recommend it.
