I was surprised to find a place like this in Redding.  I would give the coffee 4 stars but threw an extra in there because I noticed they provide organic Clover half and half (not ultra pasteurized, if that matters to you).  It is rare to find a coffee shop that serves organic half and half.  Good coffee, organic half and half, neat atmosphere (motorcycles!) = awesome coffee shop.

I own a coffee shop in Denver and I stopped by for morning coffee and breakfast. The baristas were well-trained, the coffee was roasted well (read: not dark, but rather lightly to to feature its natural characteristics), the food was lovely, and the prices were fairly cheap. I'd say if you pay less for coffee elsewhere you should wonder what the farmer is making. Hmm.

Barista had a major attitude, coffee was expensive and too strong.  After the barista asked us if we wanted food we ordered a waffle--to which he responded that food wasn't available until 8.  It was 7:45.   He waited 15 minutes before making our $8 waffle.  It was good but considering the seating and service options, way overpriced.  By the way, the pastries looked like dog treats and the bathroom was disgusting. 

If you are looking for a spot to Snapchat your coffee experience and impress your hipster friends, this is the spot for you.  Otherwise I'd suggest going somewhere else.

Can't believe how good their breakfast waffle and prosciutto toast tasted! Their menu selection is very simple, but you can tell that every ingredient is unique, taste and of good quality. Roasting equipment is nicely displayed. No WiFi available.

I had a vanilla latte with almond milk, it was delicious! The almond butter toast is also a must.
