I got a small cup of banana icecream with walnuts and caramel syrup, it was so good I had to finish it in the parking lot. This location is clean and the staff is pretty quick, Cold Stone is never a disappointment wherever I go.

This Cold Stone location is clean, tidy, and has wonderful employees who helped answer every question we had and served us delicious ice cream, as usual! They are OPEN, so come enjoy some delicious ice cream!! They even have a vegan option for chocolate ice cream!

I’m not sure of the employees name, but on february 10, around 3pm as soon as I walked in, there was an obvious attitude. I ask to use the bathroom and she says “Yup” in a very rude tone. I ordered my ice cream, and Before payment, I asked for a small side of peanut butter which i saw a ton of jars of behind her for my puppy, she immediately says no, I can’t. I said I would pay anything for a side of it, as if it were for my ice cream, she paused, thought about it, and then said no, I can’t do that. I’m not one to complain over anything but it felt very unwelcoming. Please don’t work in places that require positive customer service if you’re going to be in a bad mood and make it obvious to customers.

The person that made our ice cream gave us the wrong size and he didn't understand the way we wanted our ice cream. Also he didn't know how to ask us what we could put in our ice cream so his customer service was pretty bad. And for the ice cream, it was very good.

I love the employees there, and my order was done super fast!

Took my wife and kids for ice cream on National Ice Cream Day!  We had a great time!  Great Service!

Nice place on Dale Mabry highway to have different  varieties of ice cream

One of the worst experiences. For me to write a bad review or give a one star you have to be terrible. The owners were acting as if we were bothering them. Ok they charge 89 cents each topping. My husband ordered simple, ice cream with sprinkles when I tell you, you could count the amount of sprinkles they put on top I'm not kidding. Then I ordered a sundae my God a speck of fudge and a dollop of whipped cream. It was a waste of time and money. Please know it's not cold stone creamery. It's that particular location. I will never return there. It's a ice cream shop it should be a happy experience not with absolutely rude owners. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Came to eat an ice cream on Labor Day . The place was empty which mean plenty time to serve. Instead, The guy was very rude for some reason. All we ask what was included in the mix of the ice cream. He gave us a bad look. Very poor customer service. If you want a good experience definitely stick with local ice cream places. Would not come back here even if it is free ice cream. If expecting a good customer service, skip this location for sure.
