This location is fantastic. The employees are nice efficient and the restaurants clean. Cole versus probably the best compromise between overpriced burgers and trash McDonald's. The burger itself is at least as good as five guys, without the ridiculous overcharging that five guys does. Five guys has more topping choices and that's about the only thing.  By the time you get a drink Burger fries you're probably at half the price of five guys.  And this place is almost as cheap as McDonald's for way better quality.

Super excited to have this new Culvers in our neighborhood. As expected, our food was exceptional in the service was great. We had Kenzie helping us and she was exceptional. One of the most disappointing locations by far. I have given them 4 tries now to get it right and not once could they even do that. I understand the store is new and still getting its legs but this is ridiculous! Visit 1: forgot the custard I ordered and I went in to grab it and it was already partially melted and the staff was staring at me like I was insane for wanting my food that I paid for. Visit 2-4 all were pretty similar in that they got the orders right but it took them 15-30 minutes to get it out to me and even then the food was lukewarm at best. The 3 lane system would be great if it wasn’t so poorly build and executed. Prioritize orders that were there first. To be sitting in any lane at the front of that lane and having 5+ orders who showed up after you get their order taken, paid for the food, placed in a lane, and served their food is ridiculous! The manager brought my food on the 3rd visit and all but dropped the bag because he was in such a hurry. But lets focus on the main issue of this visit which really sinks the nail in the proverbial coffin. If you see the attached photo; you will notice the SMASHED cheese sauce that was allowed to be served to me that soaked into my pretzel bites and made them soggy before I even got to eat them. This Culver’s is a huge let down and disappointment to long time fans like myself.

Out of the Culver's I've been to in the Tampa area, this one is easily the best. I stop here often after finishing up with my Bible study group on Sunday. The restaurant is kept clean, including the bathroom. The workers are all very nice and helpful, greeting with a smile and always being diligent. I've never had to work an excessively long time for my order. As for the food, never had an issue and it always tastes delicious. Their fish sandwich is amazing and I love their custard dishes.  Place has ample parking and it's easy to get in and out. Bonus points for being in a convenient location.  Parking: Lots of parking spaces, including a spacious drive-thru to avoid jams or backed up lines.

DEAR OWNERS AT THS LOCATION, Love the rebuttals from all of your employees including Management however when I get my cheese curds I would love to accompany them with some marinara sauce so please think about charging us customers for side of marinara to make our experience that much better! You have many locations in Tampa that offer this with their cheese curds it gets pretty annoying when you can't receive what you want when you order! Just realized after I ordered that I was supposed to get free cheese curds with an order of a complete meal yet I only got $1.80 taken off and I was charged $1.80 for them makes no sense for me to give you a coupon that says free if you're not gonna honor it!  what a day !

This location was great. I went through the drive through and service was fast. I ordered, they sent me to a lane where I would wait for my food. It came out quickly and it was fresh. I was very happy with my order. The food was fresh and tasty. I had no issues with my order. The employees were all professional and can’t wait to go back.

I honestly cant say enough good things about this place! every singlr employee here is somsweet mice polite etc etc.. ive never seen such happynemployees in my life! they have once a month childrens night! we love it, my family comes all the time and we are so greatefull for the service, the food, but the polite and cordial employeed makesnit all perfect! everything is clean and neat! I would recomment thisnplace to EVERYBODY!!!! thanks souch to the owners who i yavent met but hopenthey can read how gratefull out family is tomsupport families like ours sith small children to go to am affordable apy fun day!!!!  Kid-friendliness: once a minth kids night!!

We frequent this Culver’s a lot because we live right up the street on Hudson lane. The food is always hot and fresh and I have no complaints when it comes to any of the hot foods. We mostly come for the concrete mixers and sometimes they are mixed perfectly so there are still big chunks of cookie dough and Reese’s or whatever else we feel like adding in, but other times they are mixed so hard it’s more like a milkshake and they come out soupy and blended up where you can’t tell what’s in it. I wish I knew the schedule of the person who was mixing the concrete mixers  so whoever does them right I can make sure to go on those nights. The three star rating isn’t because of that though, because we live up the street we usually bring our dogs and they love the pup cup! However, some nights when it’s a quick run we like to just bring home a pup cup for them and avoid a mess in the car. If they are not with us I always insist on paying for them because I totally get that people probably take advantage and give it to their kid or something. When I just went on 11/18 I made my usual order and explained the dogs were not with me but I would like to pay for two pup cups. The person on the speaker kind of huffed and was like it’s fine. Then when I pulled up to pay, the cashier was super rude and just avoided the pup cups all together and gave me an attitude about my order being specifically two concrete mixers only. Again, I offered to pay and would have been completely fine with paying for two kids cups or something. This isn’t the first time the cashier has been rude to me when going here. She seems like she is super miserable and I get it, customer service jobs really suck sometimes but I was super nice and I just feel like maybe she shouldn’t be working as the cashier where so many people are greeted if she’s going to have an attitude all the time. Okay Karen rant over. Still love this place just feel like management should know about the cashier. Thanks for making yummy food!

Since I tried it I can not stop coming. Great taste! My fav choice: Doble Deluxe Butterburguer and any mixer!!!

First time at Culver’s and I loved it.  Ordered the Deluxe burger, crinkle fries and a frozen custard.  Hope they open one in Miami!
