Ladies and Gentleman,  

I would like to take this opportunity to write this review regarding the wonderful experience our team had while working with Ashley Quach on, not only the purchase of the property, but also her most welcomed assistance in the acquistion of the details and paper work.  She and her team helped us out in every aspect of the transaction. We really don't know how we could have made it without them.  We purchased the property in November 2017, and we had a very smooth transaction and closing. Very professional!

I cannot say enough good things about working with Ashley Quach.  By far the best experience I've ever had in commercial real estate, she was very interested and attentive to finding exactly what I was looking for.  She helped me every step of the way with contracts, negotiations, and being informative about the different options I was interested in.  Also, she is probably one of the nicest people I've ever met.  I look forward to working with her and CBCDR in the future for any of my real estate needs.
