Debby went above and beyond for me. This was a complicated sale and she not only stuck with me, she was a great advisor and over all amazing realtor. Highly recommended!!!!!

I can unequivocally give Debby Auble my highest and best recommendation.  We have bought and then sold two houses with Debby, and as a basis of comparison we have also bought and sold houses with realtors in three other locations.  Debby is head and shoulders above the rest.  She works incredibly hard, has the highest integrity, and always puts the client’s needs over anything else.  We trust her absolutely.

When we first moved to Urbana from New Jersey, where real estate prices are much higher, we saw a house that we liked and seemed very affordable compared to what we were used to.  Many realtors might have been happy to get a quick commission, but Debby warned us that even if it seemed reasonable, the house was really substantially overpriced for Urbana.  Then, she had gotten to know us well enough that when the right house at a great price came onto the market, she knew that it would not last long and helped us act quickly to get it.

Her work has also been amazing on the selling side.  With Debby, we were able to sell both houses very quickly and at our asking price.  She has a great ability to “stage” a house by making small and efficient adjustments that make the house appealing to buyers.  Even more important, she helps handle the numerous maintenance and other crises that can arise when selling a house, especially an older house.  For example, when we sold our farm house with her this summer, we learned from an inspection that we had a significant problem with our well that was not easily fixed.  Debby had to closely oversee the well professionals to make sure that they resolved the problem in time to not jeopardize our sale.  This sort of thing happened several times in our sales – whenever a problem arose, Debby unflappably stepped into the breach.

As noted at the beginning, I have dealt with many realtors, and none have been remotely in Debby’s league.  Whether you are buying or selling a house, I cannot recommend her more highly.

I can always rely on Debby Auble’s honesty and professionalism for my real estate transactions. 
My first encounter with Debby Auble was during the closing on a home I was purchasing in Champaign, Illinois. In that transaction, Ms. Auble was representing the seller. Debby did such a good job representing her client during that transaction, that I decided on the spot that I wanted her on my side of the table in any future real estate transactions. 
To that end, I hired Debby several years later to successfully represent me in my second home purchase in Champaign.
