A wonderful company to work for.  I have appreciated so much the focus on community growth, outreach, and development.  Linda and Cary want all the agents to succeed with their clients.The goal is cultivate their flourishing and the flourishing of Summerville.  It's all about putting clients and Summerville first.  For that purpose, they provide ways for agents to grow in their knowledge and understanding and keep up with changes.  Clients deserve knowledgable agents. They also provide ways for agents to stay productive through classes on productivity and through accountability.  Clients deserve punctuality and regular connection with their agents.  

Southern Coast Real Estate is family and clients are grafted in to that benefit.  Clients are not pushed around to different "workers" and put through some robot sales funnel.  Clients first means they deserve the best representation.  Since Linda and Cary believe in family and community,  they promote personal interaction.  Agents work personally with their clients.  And like family, clients will meet the family in some form or another.  But not like other offices.  Since Linda and Cary focus on family, each agent has an office full (and yes, agents work with doors open here) of folk to learn from and bounce ideas off of.  Personally, I have learned much from Gordon, a seasoned veteran in the industry.

I am very happy with Prudential Southern Coast Real Estate, and specifically Connie White.

We had been trying to sell some land for a number of years, starting with another realty company, with disappointing results. The agent was very motivated and attentive... until I signed the contract. Then I rarely heard from from him, and when I did, it was mostly excuses.

So we tried selling it ourselves, also without luck. We got plenty of calls, but they were either unqualified to buy or made extremely low offers.

Finally I hired Connie White. What a refreshing difference! She is very energetic and doesn't know the meaning of the word "no". Connie went after leads like a laser-guided cruise missile and always kept us informed by email, phone calls and in-person meetings. In this tough market we expected to take a big hit on our asking price, but were very pleased at the final sale price. My family & I highly recommend Connie and this agency!
