Jeff Cook Real Estate is definitely the real deal. His whole team is full of caring professionals who take pride in the work they do. I just purchased a home with the help of my realtor Kayla Richardson.  The whole experience was smooth, and I couldn't be more grateful for her and the team at Jeff Cook Real Estate.  

I recommend Kayla to everyone I know. I can't say enough about her. She is so kind and patient. She never once treated me like a customer, or saw me as just a sale. She treated me as a friend, then as family.  She always put herself in our shoes and made sure to get the best for us. 

It's crazy to say that we completely trusted someone in sales with our all, but we did. We had been through a couple of bad realtors and Kayla was our last hope. She worked so hard, day and night to make sure my expectations were met. She responded to my calls and texts messages all the time and at any time. 

She made sure that she would get me in a home, and that's what she did. She kept her word and that's why I appreciate her! This purchase was just as important to her as it was to me. We consider her as a friend now, and as long as she is a realtor she will always have our business!

What an amazing experience. We had a house fire and decided to try to sell our home as is instead of having to deal with contractors then getting it on the market. We were so impressed with James Olszewski (Jimmy O) We had several offers, but Jimmy always took the time to explain everything in detail and answer any questions we had (at some highly inappropriate hours I might add, many nights I would wake up and text him not expecting to hear from him until the next day, I guess he doesn't know when to leave the office at the office). Our situation is a little unique and while I won't go into detail - I can say that Jimmy reached out to us personally to get updates on our personal situation and without even knowing if we were going to accept his offer or even move forward he cared enough to pray for us and called/texted many times to ask us about the health of our family in Georgia. I am amazed at what a truly caring person he is, I just can't say enough about how much he eased a very stressful situation. I turned in my resignation at work a week prior to our closing with Titan (we weren't just selling our home but also leaving the area and the contract on our current house in Georgia depended on the closing to go through) and as I drove home that night I called him around 6:30 absolutely in panic mode. I was practically hyperventilating - he didn't make me feel like a crazy lady - he listened to me, he assured me everything was okay and that we had his word everything would go smoothly. He assured me I could relax and start planning our new adventure in Georgia. I have never worked with such a compassionate, professional, caring person. If you want the best please call him first. Jimmy, from the bottom of our hearts we thank you for making a stressful time so much less stressful. You truly go the extra mile!!!!

With so many realtors out there, how do you choose which one is for you?   Anybody can find you a house, but finding you a home, is a different matter.  Moving from out of state, can be a very daunting & stressful time in someone’s life.  Yes many realtors are very knowledgeable of the market & surrounding areas, but that’s only part of the task.  Ashley Arnsdorff of Jeff Cook Realtors is one of the most caring real estate professionals  that we have ever met.  Ashley understood  that we had a very narrow window of time to find a home.  He worked tirelessly to find us just the home that we were looking for.  We are very grateful to Ashley & the Jeff Cook Realty team for taking something that was very stressful & making it an enjoyable experience.
