I went to College Cyclery because I have heard so many good things about this shop from my friends that I ride with. They were right, this place is great! My Dad purchased a bike online for our son and my husband tried to put it together with the little tool they send to do that and it didn't work at all, He Tried but he's not a bike mechanic. Enter College Cyclery, the staff could not have been more helpful or understanding. They showed me how the brake was put on backward and a couple other things that could have made the bike dangerous to ride and then they fixed it:) The price was very reasonable, and they were able to get it back to me on the same day, which made my son and us so happy. The bike works perfectly now and is Safe! It was such a great experience and I can't recommend this bike shop more. The mechanics and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. We will be back to our new bike shop! Thanks everyone at College Cyclery who helped us with our problem and made it all better!

Amy and Randy are incredibly nice and helpful, and I like the range of bikes and accessories at the shop. They're great about letting you try out bikes and are incredibly knowledgeable about fitting and bikes in general.

They used to be Good. Loyal for 15 year's. Randy missed an appointment to sell me a $4,000 Bike in 06, stained the rapport. Chad Man was the best. Slowly created a Good relationship with the new Guy's. I withhold names for their protection. Made a appointment to tune up my Bike 5 day's in advance. Sole source of transportation. Was quoted 3 hour's. I agreed. 5 minutes after I left, informed Randy, the Owner had an issue with tge1 hour turn time. I guess not a Math Guy. Called Drop Out. Going in tomorrow at 8:00am. Will keep you posted. Randy..love and kisses. I try to keep it local.

Just purchased a bike from here for my fiancee and had a fantastic experience. We went in knowing most of the information about the bike we wanted and the staff was very helpful in finding it. After I selected it, the staff spend almost an hour fitting the bike to her. Also, the price was very good. We got a Specialized Pitch Comp for the same price that Specialized sells directly, plus we got a fitting on top. If you're looking for a good, new bike, I highly recommend College Cyclery.
