I had a great experience buying my new Specialized (at a great price) from the guys at the shop. You can absolutely feel that biking is their hobby, and not just a “job”, the way it feels when you walk into the bike department at the corporate stores. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and were more than happy to answer all of my questions (and humor me being extremely picky while making my decision). I made my decision on what bike I wanted shortly before closing time, after having visited a few other shops and not really digging the vibe. I called Sierra Cyclesmith and asked if they would in fact be open until 5 on Saturday because I wanted to come back in. When I got there, 10 minutes before closing, the guys were all still there, happy to help, happy to chat, and happy to see what bike I had decided on. Even though it was a little after closing by this point, they still gave my bike a once over, told me all about my warranty, etc., put sealant in my tires, and sent me on my way with a smile. I will most certainly refer everyone I know to this shop, and I won’t buy accessories or another bike anywhere else!

I have used the shop intermittently for a few years including the purchase of a mid-range specialized MB for my wife a couple years ago. Recently had an experience in the shop where I was charged a restocking fee on an order of shoes that didn't fit well (and I did not want to purchase them). Ethically questionable and one of the more unfriendly bike shops I have used. There are many better options in the area.

Great bunch of guys. Quick service and expert mechanics. They frequently have sales and deals as well.

This shop has something for everyone and any budget. Locally owned and dedicated to there customers. Shop ,shop and shop!! Lots of sale items too.

I have been in this shop many times over the years and purchased several bikes. Always good service and great bikes. The owner is always willing to spend time with you and has given me great deals on the bikes. I have shopped around enough to make sure I was doing due diligence, but never found better.
