A truly genuine family run reputable local business for 30 yrs that actually cares about the customer. They specialize in services to repair or extend the life of your existing roof and have no sales people on staff. All calls and estimates are handled by the owner in an old fashion manner. They have a beautiful office and showroom for customer convenience. They installed the roofs in my new construction neighborhood in the 90's, and they are still around and replacing the roofs here again after hurricane Irma so I'd say they are reliable

I agree with another review recently left for this company on another site. Just because a roof company is busy after a Hurricane, it's no reason to slack on customer service. After finally getting Mitch to come out to give an estimate, it was a waste of time. I received nothing in writing and verbally wasn't even a definite number. I had to ask questions to get information out of him. The "estimate" appointment was rushed. He seems annoyed on the phone and I don't know why I expected anything different in person. I understand a lot of people are looking for estimates and your company may not always get the business, but it definitely will not get it from people like me. It's not just a couple of hundred of dollars and consumers need to do their part on researching a company and getting a firm estimate. I don't want to deal with a company that already seems annoyed from the beginning and difficult to deal with, I could only imagine how it would be if hired once they get the money! Also, I left a message for the owner, Bill, which never called me back. Not even 3 months later. Last note, nice try on trying to get my deposit, but no way to give me any sort of time frame as to when the service would be complete! I don't leave contracts open with no dates or time frames at the very least.

What a great company to work with! Very professional, if I ever need roof work again I would call them first! Reasonable, on time and did the work right the first time.

Re-roofing your house is sizable investment for anyone, so you want to be sure that the job is done right. After getting quotes from a few other contractors, we decided on Winter Springs Roofing and Repair. We met with Bill, the owner of the company. Bill is extremely knowledgeable and identified a problem area on the roof (that we'd already known was an issue) and talked about what how to modify the roof to remedy the problem. Not one of the the other contractors noticed the issue. Bill has been in business over 30 years and cares about his work. The crew that came to the job was courteous, professional and on-time. They kept the job-site clean and, more importantly, did a great job. I would recommend them without reservation for honest, high quality work.

Winter Springs Roofing did a fantastic job on our re-roof. Bill is very knowledgeable in the industry and he came up with a plan for our re-roof that solved several leaking issues. They were very professional and completed the job in 2 days. They are well known in the community for their quality workmanship and I would not go with any other company. I highly recommend Winter Springs Roofing.
