Russ Noyes was contracted out to put a new roof on my elderly mother's house about two years ago. 2 months after finishing the roof, my mother noticed mold growing in the attic. Upon having several inspections done by a home inspector and new roofer it was determined that Russ Noyes had decided to terminate the bathroom vents into the attic rather than piping them through the attic to the outdoors, as was done on the original roof... It was determined that this was not even up to code. They also improperly terminated the electrical wires in the attic and left them live, leaving a potential fire hazard. 

After contacting Russ Noyes Roofing and speaking to Russ personally to see if he would be willing to rectify the situation, he stated that it wasn't his responsibility because he himself wasn't on site when the work was being done..... Even though it was his business. I found this a little irritating to say the least and tried to explain to him how this was not up to code and was starting to cause mold in my mother's attic. He then proceeded to curse at me in an extremely threatening and unprofessional manner. Shocked by his unprofessional reaction I realized he wasn't going to own up. Now my mother has to have another roofer correct all the areas where they cut corners and have mold remediation done in her attic out of her own pocket.

I'd be very weary of using Russ Noyes Roofing to say the least...

And I was favorably impressed with the quality of your staff.  From your receptionist Natalia, your estimator Dex to your work crew I had a most pleasant experience.

I have used Russ Noyes Roofing several times. I have found them to be very professional and trustworthy. Even the county inspector remarked what a great job they did. I am to the point that I do not even call other contractors for bids, it doesn't matter, I know I will use Russ.

I had a tree fall down on my building and I wanted to have a roofing company fix it immediately. They said they would be out the same day. They never came and now I have a hole in my roof and I hope it doesn't rain. I told a bunch of other companies that tried to get our business that we were in good hands. Noys was the company that put this roof on. I assume they thought I was trying to get it done under warranty and lost interest. This is an insurance claim. Not only is this extremely inconvenient but they lost significant amount of money. The Receptionist that answers the phones seems to care less. Very unhappy considering we tried to give them our business again.

When my house was stuck by lightning, I needed a new roof.  I knew exactly who to call - Russ Noyes Roofing!  They did a spectacular job! Extremely professional and hard working crew.  When I had my house inspected - the roof was rated "EXCELLENT".  Thanks to their great work, I'm saving hundreds on my homeowners insurance!  Worth every penny!
