AJ is a genius at what he does! He does not try to (I'm sorry) screw you out of your money! He's up front about the things that need to be done, or if nothing needs to be done he will tell you! He will even tell you if you don't need his services! I would recommend him to EVERYONE!

Overall a good experience.  The installers and the office staff were great; however, my salesman (Craig Hancock) was not so great.  He told us everything we wanted to hear when we signed, but then when things didn't go as promised and we threatened to cancel, work got back on track. 
We submitted the roofing invoice to our insurance company and the insurance company required additional information.  When our insurance company contacted Craig, our adjuster stated that Craig told him the job was paid for and done and what he provided was good enough.  Thank goodness for Shialine Payne in accounting.  She helped us obtain a more detailed invoice to satisfy our insurance company.
My only advice, if submitting to your insurance company, is to submit the unsigned quote to your insurance company for review and have Total Home Roofing update as deemed necessary by your insurance company and then sign the contract once the insurance company is happy with the breakdown of fees.

Oct 2017 update
I called on 10/02, 10/09, 10/11 & 10/16 to try to schedule a warranty repair.  I can only get a voice mail and very rarely a live person.  Total Home states they have a 24 hour repair guarantee.  My roof is less than a year old and I still am trying to get it repaired.  I understand we had a hurricane, but at least let me know when you think you can get me scheduled for a repair.

Joey Horsch helped us to get a new roof on our place of business. He works with the insurance company and stuck with us all the way through the process. Our roof looks beautiful and lasted through the hurricane without a single missing shingle. Great work!

Joey Horsch was our sales person and he was so wonderful to work with! He was very knowledgeable about the process and also how to deal with the insurance company. We were having issues getting payment from our insurance and he went above and beyond to call up my insurance claim representative to work out all of the details. He made a process, that can be extremely stressful, a total breeze. The gentlemen who actually did the work on the roof were very courteous and the roof was completed faster than I imagined! 
I am very grateful for Joey and his team for making this an easy/painless experience. Thank you, again!

AJ is one of the most honest contractors I have ever worked with. He told one of my customers recently their roof was in great shape and was good for several more years. He told them to save their money and call him in a few years and he would be happy to put the roof on for them at that time. Needless to say they were very impressed. Nice to have confidence in a company to not rip you off...
