Very unprofessional. No accountability. Trying to make appointment. "Don't call us we'll call you." No confirmation email. No record of any kind. Customer service rep refuses to divulge contact info and won't connect me with a supervisor... because he 'knows how the internet works'.  

Positive reviews are obviously fake, but don't take my word for it. Check out how 'Michelle' has reviewed multiple Crown Roofing locations (always 5 star).

Their work is good, but workers unprofessional; both times we've had them over to fix something, the workers were incredibly loud (joking around with each other while working on the roof).

I always receive very prompt and courteous service.  They are very affordable compared to their competition.  I highly recommend Crown Roofing.
