Nice place and decent restaurant. As someone else told me, best place to stay while in Gardner! Now, they do not have a mini fridge in the room but go visit the bar if you need a drink. Be sure to ask for Bridgett if you want superb service and make sure to leave a great tip!

Normally, we have a great combined with great service. I heard another staff member call the bartender Sam.. she was fully attentive.. to her friends and the four guys in the corner. We didn't get our order taken for over 20 minutes because we weren't ready right away. Our keno cards were at the edge of the bar with attempts to get her attention from her friends and five games later we got to play.. (would have won $80 bucks)! My ribs were dry, along with my mashed potatoes and veggies. I'm disappointed, honestly we won't be back.

The staff was lovely, the room was lovely. The in-room coffee maker didn't work. The complimentary breakfast was not available the morning we were there (Saturday), and the $13 hotel restaurant breakfast seemed steep. But the room was clean, the king sized bed felt luxurious, and there were no problems with the heat.

The "manager" went on a power trip tirade in the middle of a wedding and started yelling at wedding guests walking down the hall to their rooms.

There was someone parked outside my window in their car for about ~30 minutes just staring into my room. And when I told the front desk she had no response at all. 

Honestly I could keep going on and on but I won't. 

Just do yourself a favor spend you time and money elsewhere.

WARNING. This pace does NOT honor your privacy. Law suit pending!

My fiance is terminally Ill. In a desperate measure to save her life I am donating my liver. In-laws paid for me and her to get a relaxing couple of days before Surgery that could cost both our lives.

I called to book here and requested second floor with best view for our time. We got the first floor in front of the dumpster. I politely explained what was promised and was revengfully moved to second floor under the drive through roof. Our view was entry way ROOF!

1 Week later a state agency was handed over our financial records and restaurant bills WITHOUT  a warrant.  This information was used against us in court. I'll spare the details but cost us!!!
