I've been going to Ethos for a little over a month now and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The coaches and the facility itself are more than I could ever ask for. Ethos not only assists you with your training program, but also considers nutrition and other factors such as sleep, etc. Jonathan and the rest of the team at Ethos are individuals that make you feel welcome from the first day. I know I've only been there for a month, but I feel as if I have known them all for years. I can't stop recommending people to Ethos.

I have been working out at Ethos for about two years now.  The atmosphere is great, the support and camaraderie in the gym is very uplifting.  The coaches (and their interns) know what they are doing and work hard to get to know each person in order to tailor their program to their specific needs.  The small group workouts are perfect for those that like the individuality of strength training but need some guidance on form and how to get better and stronger without hurting yourself.  They offer conditioning classes that are as much fun as they are hard workout.  The coaches are strong believers and advocates of strengthening the whole person (mind and body).  Highly recommend!

I've been training at Rogue for about 3 years now and couldn't be more satisfied. I've spent the past 7 years attempting to recover from a back injury. After a few months at Rogue, I started to feel and move like I did before my injury. And after a year of training I have never felt so strong and solid.

Not only do you benefit greatly from the personal work outs designed around your goals, but also from the immense knowledge and skills that Rogue has to offer. And it’s a black hole of knowledge. They constantly seek to learn more and apply new training methods in the gym. I’m confident in their intelligent training programs to produce any goal that I come up with.

Ethos is an amazing place to get fit and healthy. Starting on day one of training you are given a road map to success and the resources to achieve your personal goals.  Each coach brings a wealth of knowledge and a willingness to share it with the entire community.  I could not be happier with my decision to train at Ethos.

Hands down the best gym I've ever been to. If the incredible attention to detail from the trainers, the workouts that are both uniquely challenging and rewarding, their empowering approach to physical training, or even the personally tailored workouts aren't enough to impress you... then apparently you are an insatiable consumer with unachievably high standards because ETHOS has raised the bar on personal training.
