Friendly service and they were able to squeeze me in for an oil change before i headed out on my 1600 mile road trip. The other 2 places i had been to that day seemed bothered by me stepping in the door, but these guys were great! If you need your vehicle serviced i would recommend these guys...plus they didnt try to sell me on services that most places will tell you that you "need"

I went to get an oil change on my car and it went well. It was a fairly easy experience and the guys here were nice. 

After getting my oil change, two days later my accessory power outlet went out. I called them to have them fix it and made an appointment. They failed to fix it on the first appointment and stated that they didn’t have time that day to look at it further and determine the cause. Fine. So I call and make another appointment several weeks later. On the phone they made it very clear that it was okay to bring it in on the date and wouldn’t be a problem. I drop off my car at 8:45 am and they inform me that it wouldn’t be until early afternoon to hear something back. I call at 2:30 pm and they STILL have not even looked at my car. Considering that they close at 6 and couldn’t get it together the previous time to finish with my car, I made the decision to just go pick it up. 

Waste of my time and shady practices. I’m honestly starting to think that they somehow broke my accessory since I did not have an issue with it until after this oil change. I will not be returning.

Whenever I come into the shop I am greeted at once.  The time quoted to finish the job is always beaten by at least 20 to 25 minuets.  The prices are always fair.

Always such a sad time to get your car fixed. But with the help of the team there, they make it easier. I know and I can trust that, the right stuff is getting done. Thank Kyle for running a business with great customer service. My family and friends are customers for life. Thanks amanda ramos
