Lake Arbor has the best customer service I've gotten from ANY business in a while and they are sooo reasonably priced. They got me in for a diagnostic within 36 hours of me calling. They also immediately offered me a loaner vehicle when I arrived and they knew it would take a little while longer to get to my car than originally planned. I ended up accidentally locking the keys in the loaner vehicle when I got home, and was super embarrassed to call them, but they were really nice about it. They even drove my car to my house for me to retrieve their loaner with the spare key. Overall A++ experience, I'll recommend Lake Arbor to everyone and never go anywhere else. I'm definitely going to go back next week to have them fix the issue that they diagnosed today. Thanks Lake Arbor for taking the stress out of a stressful situation! :)

Awesome service. We brought our VW into Lake Arbor to diagnose an electrical problem. They quickly diagnosed the problem and found that the needed repair was under factory recall.  Patrick at Lake Arbor did not charge for the diagnosis and VW is fixing under their recall.  Thanks Lake Arbor!

Amazing customer service! My car died and wouldn't hold a charge.  Lake Arbor looked at it right away and accurately diagnosed the issues. Patrick took extra time to find better priced parts which lowered my bill considerably. But they didn't skimp on service-parts still came with a warranty.  They also fixed it within 24 hours.  My car runs great now (my last garage missed this issue.) More than that, they operate with  integrity and  customer loyalty. Lake Arbor is now my new car repair shop.

Great customer service!! I knew that I needed a valve adjustment and the did not question me or demand and diagnostics just to squeeze some extra cash outta me. He called in the am and suggested replacing some minor stuff that I could have done bit I agreed to let them do it and the car runs great again. The price was reasonable and competitive with other shops in the area. I will definitely use them again.  JOSH
